DELIVERY

  • All orders will be dispatched to your stated delivery address by courier. A signature will be required to confirm receipt.

  • We aim to dispatch your orders within 2-3 working days from the date of the order.

  • To ensure prompt delivery we require a proper and complete address.

  • A daytime telephone number is required in case we or our delivery agents need to contact you.

    • UK Standard 2-5 Working Days - Free for orders over £150
      All our UK mainland orders are delivered by Courier. You will be able to track your order by entering your tracking number on the link provided. We despatch orders Monday - Friday from 9.00am - 3.00pm. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be despatched on the following Monday. Any orders placed during a Bank Holiday will be sent out on Tuesday.

    • UK Guaranteed Next Working Day - £8.00
      Orders placed ’Guaranteed Next Day’ must be placed by 1.00 pm and are guaranteed the next day. Please be advised that all delivery times are working days and do not include Saturday and Sunday.

  • Delivery to:-

    • European Union - £5 (Free on orders over £175)

    • USA - £10 (Free on orders over £200)

    • Australia & NZ - £15 (Free on orders over £200)

    • Other Countries - £20 (Free on orders over £200)

    • All our International orders are delivered by Courier and you will be able to track your order by entering your tracking number on the link provided. We dispatch orders Monday - Friday from 10am - 3pm.

    • Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be dispatched on the following Monday. Any orders placed during a Bank Holiday will be sent out on Tuesday.

    • Delivery outside the EU may be subject to local import taxes which are your responsibility where they apply. If so, the shipping company will contact you by telephone once your items are with customs to let you know the cost. This may delay your delivery time. It is your responsibility to pay the necessary charges for local authorities to release the goods.

    • Order cut-off times are provided as guidelines only and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorisation.
      NB: PLEASE NOTE WE ARE UNABLE TO SHIP TO P.O. BOXES EITHER IN THE UK OR WORLDWIDE.

    • Your order may be subject to import taxes and/or duties and charges, which are levied by your local government when the package reaches your country or when delivery is made, or billed to you afterwards.

    • We are not liable for these charges, and they unfortunately cannot be reimbursed or refunded.
